Our website is a static informational manual built without third-party advertising trackers or behavioral profiling scripts. When your browser requests a page from our web server, standard technical server logs temporarily record your IP address, request timestamp, requested URL, HTTP status code and user-agent string strictly to maintain security, prevent denial-of-service abuse and diagnose broken links (legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Log files are rotated and deleted within 14 days.

3. Client-Side Contact Scenario Tool

The Winter Question Builder on contact.html runs entirely inside your local web browser using vanilla JavaScript. Text entered into the form is not transmitted to any server when you click "Format Inquiry Brief", "Copy to Clipboard" or "Download .txt File". We only receive your inquiry if you choose to send an email directly to [email protected].

4. Email Correspondence

When you email us, we process your email address, name and the contents of your message solely to reply to your inquiry or improve our winter EV guides. Correspondence is retained for up to 12 months and is never sold or shared with third-party marketers.
